The second Tech2Link staff training brought consortium partners together in Tirana for three days of knowledge exchange, practical learning, and collaboration in technology transfer. The WP4 training was led by Western Balkans University and hosted by Luarasi University under the Erasmus+ programme.
Day 1 — Technology transfer ecosystems, strategy, and intellectual property
The opening day began with engaging discussions and knowledge exchange. Experts from South East European University and Lodz University of Technology led sessions on technology transfer ecosystems, strategic frameworks, implementation challenges, and legal and intellectual property aspects. These discussions laid the foundation for deeper collaboration and innovation throughout the training.
Day 2 — Data-driven approaches and practical tools
The second day focused on data-driven approaches to technology transfer. Sessions explored how to measure commercialization success and strengthen knowledge transfer strategies. A hands-on practical session introduced an AI-powered proposal drafting tool, giving participants an opportunity to explore more efficient approaches to project development.
Day 3 — Partner collaboration, project progress, and quality assurance
The final day focused on partner collaboration and project progress. Institutions presented their promotion activities and achievements within the work packages they lead or co-lead, highlighting results across the consortium.
Participants also engaged in strategic discussions during the Project Management Board and Quality Advisory Board meetings, reinforcing coordination and quality assurance.
The training concluded with a shared commitment to continued knowledge exchange, collaboration, and innovation in technology transfer.
